Abstract
The purposes of this research are to 1) study the conditions of teaching supervision in educational institutions 2) develop an electronic teaching supervision system in educational institutions and 3) Evaluate the effectiveness of the electronic teaching supervision system in educational institutions under the Surat Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 3. This research is a combination of qualitative research (Qualitative Research). The tools used in the research include questionnaires and interviews. The target group includes Educational institution administrators Academic head teachers and teachers under the Surat Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 3, totaling 310 people, used tables from Krejcie & Morgan to collect data with a consistency index of 1.00 and a confidence value of 0.98. Then use the data collected from the questionnaire. were analyzed using descriptive statistics consisting of percentages, means, frequencies, and standard deviations. The results found that 1) the condition of teaching supervision in educational institutions Under the jurisdiction of the Suratthani Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 3, the overall practice condition is at a high level. But the issues that are still being practiced are at a low level. and should lead to the development of the system. Using technology in conjunction with teaching supervision Maintaining standards for teaching supervision in the same format and reducing paper use Including faster and more accurate processing. 2) Evaluating the effectiveness of electronic teaching supervision systems in educational institutions. Under the Surat Thani Primary Educational Service Area Office, Area 3, it was found to be effective at the highest level. When classified into each aspect, it was found that Data storage is most effective 3) Satisfaction in using the electronic teaching supervision system in educational institutions It was found that the efficiency of the system met the desired objectives at the highest level.
