Abstract
The purpose of this research was to study the transformational leadership of school administrators’ small schools, Ban Dung School Group under the Office of Udon thani Primary Educational Service Area 3. The population of this research were 93 teachers, who work in small schools Ban Dung School Group. The instrument was a 5-scale questionnaire. The reliability of the whole version is 0.88. The statistics used for data analysis were mean and standard deviation. The research results were as follows: Transformational leadership of school administrators in small schools, Ban Dung School Group under the Office of Udon thani Primary Educational Service Area 3 was at a high level( m = 4.09, s = .76). When considering in each aspect, it was found that it was at a high level in all aspects, the average values were ranked as follows: 1) Intellectual stimulation ( m = 4.20 , s = .73 ) 2) Motivation ( m = 4.15 , s = .69 ) 3) Ideological influence ( m = 4.02 , s = .81 ) 4) Consideration of individuality ( m = 3.99 , s = .81 )
