Abstract
The purpose of this study was to administrative skills of basic school administrators Ban Dung District Group Under the Office of Udon Thani Educational Service Area 3 and to compare the administrative skills of basic school administrators Ban Dung District Group Under the Office of Udon Thani Primary Educational Service Area 3 by status And work experience The population used in this research is the school administrators and teachers in Ban Dung District. In total, 245 teachers were obtained through simple random sampling using Crazy and Morgan tables. The total instrument was 318 persons.
