A Study of the Community Satisfaction to the Project of Morality Teaching in Schools by the Buddhist Monks in Surin and Buriram

The objective of this applied research is to study the community satisfaction on the factors of input, process, output, and impact. The procedures of research are information survey, instrument construction, checking the instrument quality, data collection, verifying the data obtained, data analysis, and writing a report respectively.
The instruments used in the research are 1) research recording card; being used to collect document data, and 2) questionnaires; being used to collect field data from the samples of 239 monk teachers out of 910, and from the samples of 453 administrators and monitor teachers in education institutes out of 1,692. The findings of research are as follows: On the factor of input, the satisfaction of monk teachers is in the medium level of satisfaction to the process of selection and appointment, handbook of working, and supporting budget. To the project management, there are the process of school selection, the monk teachers’ line of conduct, and the appointment of working committee to supervise the working system efficiently.
