The Good Governance: Solving the Problem of Corruption in Thai society

This article aims to present the problem of corruption or corruption, which consists of the meaning, type, cause, consequences, problems and guidelines for solving corruption. By mainly studying from academic documents and analyzing the data. The study found that: - Corruption refers to the offenses specified in the Penal Code, there are 3 types, namely: - (1) petty corruption, (2) big corruption and (3) gift). The causes of corruption are (1) most people in society Respect for wealth (2) popular values, friends and relatives Benefit relationship (3) patronage system or the relationship between the patron and his followers Create subordinates to help themselves in various matters (4) ineffective control and inspection systems, and (5) political conditions with intense competition to seize political positions and interests The main good governance Which is a guideline for organizing the society of the country, both government, private business and the public, and able to coexist peacefully and located in fairness in accordance with the principles of good corporate governance (1) the rule of law, (2) morality, and (3) accountability, which is meaning of transparency that is comparable to or almost the opposite of corruption. The corruption, with regard to corruption meaning to have a negative meaning and the horrors concealed transparency is a vocabulary that provides positive aspects, and pay attention in a peaceful way.
