The Opinions of the Tambon Administrative Organization Employees Towards the Administration of Krapho Sub-district Administrative Organization, Tha Tum District, Surin Province

Abstract

The objective of this study was to study the opinions of the Tambon Administrative Organization employees towards the administration of Krapho Sub-district Administrative Organization, Tha Tum District, Surin Province.  To compare the opinions of employees towards the administration of Krapho Sub-district Administrative Organization, Tha Tum District, Surin Province. The sample group used in the study was 55 employees of Krapho Subdistrict Administrative Organization. The instrument used in the study was a questionnaire. The total confidence value was .97. The data were analyzed by means and the standard deviation, the T-value, and the T-value.

The results of the study showed that 1) The employees' opinions towards the administration of Krapho Sub-district Administrative Organization, Tha Tum District, Surin Province by overall, it's at the agree level. When considering each aspect, it was found that the opinions were at the agree level in all aspects. Sort the averages from highest to lowest as follows: Organization Administration , organizing directing, Organization planning,  personnel arrangement   to work, budgeting, and coordinating and reporting. 2) The results of the comparison of the employees' opinions towards the administration of Krapho Sub-district Administrative Organization, Tha Tum District, Surin Province found that the employees with gender, age, educational level and different working experiences Opinions on the administration of Krapho Sub-district Administrative Organization, Tha Tum District, Surin Province Overall and every aspect is no different.
