The objective was to study and compare the satisfaction of the people towards Administration of Khaen Sub-district Municipality, Sanom District, Surin Province The sample consisted of 354 people aged 18 years and over in the municipality of Khaen Sub-district, Sanom District, Surin Province. The sample size was determined using tables of Krejcie and Morgan. The study tool was a questionnaire. which has confidence was 0.92. The data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation. The hypothesis tests are using statistical values T-test and F-test.
The results found that People's Satisfaction towards Administration of Khaen Sub-district Municipality, Sanom District, Surin Province By overall is moderate. When considering each aspect, it was found that satisfaction was at a moderate level in all aspects. The averages were sorted from highest to lowest as follows: Infrastructure, Social, Environment Education and culture and economic Comparison of people's satisfaction towards the administration of Khaen Sub-District Municipality, Sanom District, Surin Province found that the people's gender, age, education level, status, monthly income and different occupations Satisfied with the administration of the Khaen Sub-district Municipality by overall and each aspect is no different. Additional suggestions on the administration of the municipality are as follows: 1) should allow more people to participate in the administration; 2) the administration should improve Reduce the process of serving visitors for convenience. 3) There should be a thorough lighting of the community.
