The Applicationof the Aparihaniyadhamma for Management Administrative Organization in Pratadbu Sub-District, Prasat District, Surin Province

Abstract

The general conditions of the administration of Pratadbu Sub-district Administrative Organization, Prasat District, Surin Province, have a strategy of the local government organization under the Strategic Development Plan (2018-2022), implementing the strategic plan of the local administrative organizations in all 6 areas, including infrastructure development, etc. Administration according to the principles of government administration and apply the Buddhist doctrines for administration.

Aparahaniyadhamma means the virtue of ruler or administrator which areunilateral establishment of prosperity. There are seven decadence, which are (1) Regularly meeting (2) Unite meeting (3) Compliance with regulations (4) Respect for senior person (5) Do not abuse (6) Respect for worship and maintenance of Buddhist holy place (7) Arrangements for maintenance, protection for monks.

PratadbuSub-district Administrative Organization has applied the seven Aparihaniyadhamma in the administration of the organization. Because Aparihaniyadhamma causes prosperity without deterioration, both for oneself and for the public, emphasize that everyone is responsible to the public, creating unity and mutual respect, teach to know the principles of effective teamwork in order to strengthen communities, can be applied to society for solving of conflict and create the sustainable peaceful happy in Thai society.
