Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study the conditions of teaching and learning in the Dharma department in the Sangha Administration Region 11, to study the content used in teaching and learning of the Sangha Department, the Sangha Department, Region 11, and to study. The students' satisfaction towards the teaching of the Dharma teaching in the Dharma department in the administrative area of ​​the Faculty of Sangha Region 11, population used for the study were related documents. There were 4 types of data collection tools: 1) research record, 2) interview, 3) observation, and  4) questionnaire, analysis. The information used descriptive analysis methods. The results showed that;

            3.1 The conditions of teaching and learning in the Dharma Department in the Sangha Administration Region 11, the findings were as follows: 1) Building and premises The Office of Phra Pariyat Dharma, the Dharma Department has enough classroom buildings. It is suitable and clean. 2) the environment, the atmosphere has shade, and conducive to teaching. 3) The teaching personnel have appropriate knowledge to the subject taught, plus have the ability to teach and have compassion for students, behave respectfully both during and outside teaching hours, but also help and advise students in a tolerant manner to the behavior of learners dedication to teaching regularly. 4) Teaching and learning activities, teaching activities are organized in accordance with the objectives. There is continuous teaching during the Buddhist Lent period. Doing exercises regularly and  focus on memorization. The learners were participating in teaching and learning activities. There was intensive tutoring first. 5) Teaching media technology, there was a blackboard or whiteboard in the classroom and a tape recorder was used. Other media such as overhead projectors, CDs, VCDs, or videotapes are rarely used.

            3.2 The content used in teaching the Dharma Department In the Sangha Administration Region 11, the findings were as follows: 1) It is consistent with the Dharma and Discipline both in terms of content and structure. 2) Consistency with national educational goals, it is consistent with the National Education Goals (2002-2016), namely, instilling and enhancing morality, ethics, values ​​and desirable characteristics. 3) It is consistent with the goal of building a descendant, that is, there is a content that encourages students to have knowledge and understanding of the Dharna and discipline principles, and can propagate Buddhism. 4)There was some overlap in the use of some curriculum texts at the bachelor's, master's and doctor's degree levels. 5) The content development, there is an improvement and development of the curriculum as appropriate, both in terms of subject content and textbooks used in teaching.

            3.3 The students' satisfaction towards teaching the Dharma teaching in the Dharma Department in the administrative area of ​​the Faculty of Sangha Region 11 found that the students' satisfaction was at a high level in all aspects. Which ranked the mean from highest to lowest as follows: Teaching Activities environment in terms of content used in teaching technology, personnel who are teachers, and Building and premises (1 = 4,19, 4.11, 4.02, 3.99, 3.91, 3.72 and S.D. = 0.80, 0.86, 0.87,0.93, 0.90, 0.83), respectively. The mean was at the very satisfactory level x = 3.99 S.D. = 0.16. It was concluded that the students were satisfied with the teaching of the Dharma Department. In the Sangha Administration Region 11, it was at a very satisfactory level.

The research results, there are suggestions for applying the research results as follows: The government, through the National Buddhism Office, should formulate policies and plans to promote and support the management of the study of the Dharma Department. The clergy  direct responsibility should be regarded as an urgent agenda in formulating policies and plans to direct Supervise and develop the Office of the Dharma Department of the Dharma Department. The Mahachulalongkornrajavidyalaya University should play a more vivid role and participate in organizing training, and research studies to present information to the state, and the clergy.  The  schools and religious studies should expedite the preparation of a development plan for the management of the Dharma study in all aspects of the Dharma Department.
