The purpose of this research was to study participatory communication for human resource allocation of community businesses in Phra Nakhon Sri Ayutthaya District, Phra Nakhon Sri Ayutthaya Province. The research methodology is exploratory quantitative research. The population and the sample in this study included the 152 people who were chairman and members of the community business practitioner group. The research tool was a questionnaire with a confidence value of 0.965. The statistics used in the data analysis were percentage, mean and standard deviation.
It was found that the human resource development of community businesses is human resource management. On average, at a high level, namely, members of the occupation group were responsible for their work. Human resource development, including defining the roles and responsibilities of the group members regarding the protection and maintenance of human resources, namely members of the professional group work as a team, respectively.
In addition, it was also found that participatory communication, on average, was at a high level. The aspect of media access was to create a local culture with the generosity and cooperation of members of the community or local participation aspect including building a network between professional groups for business development, self-management was preparation for socio-economic changes with planning, respectively, with a statistical significance level of .05.
