Abstract

          The objective research was to study: 1) The technology used in reporting work performance according to the Bureau of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation standards, and compare the differences in personal factors with the use of technology in reporting work performance according to the Bureau of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation standards of the Fire and Rescue Operations Division 3 officials, Bureau of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation, Bangkok. The sample group included Fire and Rescue Operations Division 3 officials a total of 152 people. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a confidence value equal to 0.89. Statistics used in data analysis were frequencies, percentages, means, and Standard Deviations, and statistics used to test hypotheses were t-test and One-way ANOVA, and compared tests performed using Sheffe's method.

           The results of the study found that

  1. Personal factors of officers of Fire and Rescue Operations Division 3, most of them are male, aged 31-40 years, with a bachelor's degree level. Civil servant positions have a period of work of less than one year.
  2. The use of technology in reporting work performance according to the Office of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation standards. Overall, the average is at a high level, when considered in each aspect in order of descending: As the aspect of ​​self-efficacy regarding computers, aspect of being able to use it according to its intended purpose, aspect of perception of external control, aspect of enjoyment perceived, aspect of ease  percept to use, aspect of enjoyment of using computers the average each of them were at a high level, but the computer anxiety aspect had a moderate average ( =3.19, S.D. = 1.024).
  3. Comparative analysis of the differential of personal factors such as gender, age, education level, position, and performance period to use the technology for report performance according to the Office of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation standards of operations staff. Fire and Rescue 3 Bureau of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Bangkok is no different. Statistically significant at .05.

As the aspect of ​​self-efficacy regarding computers with a high mean level ( = 4.02, S.D. = .551), followed by aspect of being able to use it according to its intended purpose, the average was at a high level ( = 4.26, S.D. = .699), aspect of perception of external control, the average was at a high level ( = 3.87, S.D. = .640), aspect of enjoyment perceived, the average was high  ( =3.84, S.D. = .720), aspect of ease  percept to use, the average was high ( = 4.23, S.D. = .619), aspect of enjoyment of using computers, the average was at a high level ( =3.75, S.D. = . 883) and the computer anxiety aspect had a moderate average ( =3.19, S.D. = 1.024).
  3.
