Guidelines for Solutions Online Learning Management Problems for Learning Administration during the COVID-19 of Schools under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

Abstract

This article aimed to study: To study states, problems and guidelines for Solutions online learning management problems for learning administration. The sample consisted of 321 school administrators and teachers under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. in Academic Year of 2022 B.E.. The sample size was defined using Krejcie and Morgan’s table. The returned questionnaires were 301 copies, equaling 93.77 percent, The research tool was a five-level rating scale with a reliability of .97. The statistics included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.

The research results were found as follows; 1) The current states of online learning management for learning administration as a whole and in individual aspects were at moderate levels, 2) The problems in online learning management for learning administration as a whole were at the highest levels. and 3) Guidelines for Solutions Online Learning Management Problems for Learning Administration were:  (1) Teachers should give advice, support on learning resources and discuss and provide some explicit examples for students’ best learning, (2) Teachers should provide Feedback after students’ behaviors immediately so that students would know if their answers were right or wrong or how to improve the answer for more quality learning, (3) Teachers should apply different techniques, or teaching strategies such as teaching materials and media that are ready for students’ best learning and 4) Teachers should design the practice tests on practiced through videos by different channels such as Google Classroom or Line. etc.
