Technological Leadership of School Administrators in Dom Pradit Network Group under the Jurisdiction of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 5

Abstract

      This research aimed to assess the level of technological leadership among school administrators and to formulate guidelines for enhancing their technological leadership skills. The study population consisted of educational institution administrators and teachers from 10 schools, totaling 123 participants. Data were collected using a questionnaire, and statistical analysis included percentages, averages, standard deviation, content analysis, and frequency.

The findings revealed that: 1) The overall level of technological leadership among administrators was high. Upon closer examination, all aspects were found to be at a high level. Specifically, the aspects ranked in descending order of average scores were Digital Citizenship, Excellence in Professional Practice, Systemic Improvement, Visionary Leadership, and Digital-Age Learning Culture. 2) Guidelines for developing technological leadership among school administrators include: 1) Visionary Leadership: Administrators should engage in continuous learning to enhance their understanding of technology and collaborate with networks to implement policies tailored to the context of their educational institution. 2) Digital-Age Learning Culture: Administrators should promote the integration of technology in teaching, learning, and daily activities among teachers and staff. 3) Excellence in Professional Practice: Administrators should encourage ongoing training and self-improvement in technology usage among teachers and staff. 4) Systemic Improvement: Administrators should actively participate in professional development opportunities related to digital technology. 5) Digital Citizenship: Administrators should serve as role models by using technology in a creative, ethical, and responsible manner, emphasizing the importance of adhering to rules and avoiding harm to oneself and others.
