Factors of Using Information Technology Affecting Performance Efficiency of the Personnel of the Bang Phli Yai Sub-district Administrative Organization, Bang Phli District, Samut Prakan Province

Abstract

This research aims to: 1. compare personal factors with the usage of information technology of the personnel of the Bang Phli Yai Sub-District Administrative Organization, Samut Prakan Province. 2. Factors of using information technology affecting oerformance efficiency of the personnel of the Bang Phli Yai Sub-District Administrative Organization, Samut Prakan Province. 3. Performance efficiency of the personnel of the Bang Phli Yai Sub-District Administrative Organization, Bang Phli District, Samut Prakan Province. and 4. Factors of using information technology affecting Performance efficiency of the personnel of the Bang Phli Yai Sub-District Administrative Organization, Bang Phli District, Samut Prakan Province. The participants in the study were the personnel of the Bang Phli Yai Sub-District Administrative Organization, Samut Prakan Province, a total of 180 in numbers. The study used a quantitative method, which utilized the questionnaires to collect the data. The data proved the content validity and was verified the value of Cronbach’s alpha reliability test of 0.88. The statistics used in this case were descriptive statistics analysis: frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation and including assumption by t-test, One Way Analysis of Variance. The LSD method was used for the pair comparison and Multiple Regression Analysis.

          The results of research found that:

          1) The comparing personal factor with the using information technology of the personnel of the Bang Phli Yai Sub-District Administrative Organization, Samut Prakan Province classified by gender to be difference performance, accept age, education level, position and performance to be no difference performance.

2) Factors of using information technology affecting oerformance efficiency of the personnel of the Bang Phli Yai Sub-District Administrative Organization, Samut Prakan Province have statistically significant influence at the level of .05 on the data recipients, social media and information, respectively.
