ACADEMIC LEADERSHIP OF ADMINISTRATIORS IN DIGITAL AGE AND DEVELOPMENT GUIDELINES BASED ON BHAVANA 4 OF SAWANG SUNG KRASANG SCHOOL GROUP IN BURIRAM PROVINCE

Abstract

    The objectives of this research are as follows: 1) To study the necessary needs for developing academic leadership of administrators in the digital era in Sawang Sung Krasang School Group. Buriram Province 2) To compare the necessary needs in developing academic leadership of executives in the digital age in the Sawang Sung Krasang School group Buriram Province classified by gender Work experience and size of educational institutions and 3) to propose guidelines for developing academic leadership of administrators in the digital age according to the principles of Bhavana 4. in the Sawang Sung Krasang School group Buriram Province Use a mixed methods research method between quantitative research and qualitative research. The sample group included school directors and teachers. Schools in the Sawang Sung Krasang group Buriram Province, 111 people. This research is a mixed methods research. Tools used to collect data Including questionnaires and interview form Statistics used in data analysis include percentage, frequency, mean, and standard deviation. and hypothesis testing using statistics, t-test and F-test values.

The research results found that

          1) Necessary need for developing academic leadership of administrators in the digital era in Sawang Sung Krasang School Group. Buriram Province There is a priority index of the first essential needs. Second is the management aspect. Promoting the academic atmosphere and supervision There is a priority index value of the last essential need.

          2) Comparison of academic leadership of executives in the digital age in the Sawang Sung Krasang School group Buriram Province When classified by educational institution size Overall, there is a statistical difference of .05.

          3) Guidelines for developing academic leadership of administrators in the digital age according to the four principles of Sawang Sung Krasang School. Buriram Province found that there were 4 areas, a total of 9 approaches, consisting of 1, academic planning, 2 approaches, 2, management, 2 approaches, 3, academic atmosphere promotion, 2 approaches, and 4, supervision, 3 approaches. The development approach Academic leadership of administrators in all 4 areas can be applied to the 4 principles of meditation.
