Guidelines for Developing Government Procurement Using The Electronic System (E-GP System) of Local Government Organizations in Non Narai District, Surin Province.

Abstract

    This Article aimed to study and compare the levels of electronic government procurement (e-GP system) and propose guidelines for the development of electronic public procurement (e-GP system) of local government organizations in Nonarai District. Surin Province It is a mixed methods research. The tools used were questionnaires to collect data from 35 parcel workers and in-depth interviews to collect data from administrators of local government organizations in Non Narai District. Surin Province, 10 people. Statistics used in the research are frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-value, one-way analysis of variance. As for qualitative research, content analysis was analyzed. The research results were found as follows;

          Parcel worker Opinions towards the level of government procurement using the electronic system (e-GP system) were overall at a high level. and every aspect has a high average level. Arranged from highest to lowest, documents, laws, and regulations are the areas with the highest average, followed by work processes. Working environment Employee side and facilities, respectively. Parcel workers have different personal factors. There is a level of government procurement using the electronic system (e-GP system) in all 5 areas, overall not significantly different. and guidelines for developing government procurement using the electronic system (e-GP system) suggest that there should be a control and monitoring system. Apply good governance principles to operations. Procurement planning is carried out step by step and carefully. according to relevant regulations Promote training and development to create knowledge and understanding As well as having a network to consult or exchange work experiences or problems in working together.
