Abstract

    The purpose of this research to study the effect of entrepreneurial leadership management on the performance of community enterprises. Women's Food Processing Group, Ban Nong Khao Kam, Nong Kaeo Subdistrict, Mueang Sisaket District Sisaket Province The target group is Sisaket Provincial Community Development Office, 1 person, local administrative organization representative, 1 person, Muang Sisaket District Community Development Office, 1 person, 1 community leader, and president and representative member of the Ban Nong Khao Kam Community Product Group, Nong Kaeo Subdistrict, Mueang Sisaket District, Sisaket Province, number 11 people, tools used were questionnaires and interviews. Statistics used in data analysis include mean, standard deviation. and semi-structured interviews Data were analyzed inductively.

        The results of the study found that Management of entrepreneurial leadership on the performance of community enterprises Women's Food Processing Group, Ban Nong Khao Kam, Nong Kaeo Subdistrict, Mueang Sisaket District Sisaket Province as a whole at a high level Guidelines for managing entrepreneurial leadership towards the performance of community enterprises include: 1) management There is a planned operation. Clear guidelines for solving various problems, setting clear goals and directions for developing community enterprises. Provide opportunities for members to participate in goal setting. and directions for development, express opinions There is a clear work structure. 2) Participation Creating a sense of participation among community enterprise members Good relationships within the community enterprise, strength, cooperation, and unity among members, responsibility for assigned tasks. And an understanding of one's own roles and responsibilities affects the success and increases the business competitiveness of community enterprises. 3) Initiative in innovation work. Entrepreneurial leaders in creating innovation should have guidelines for self-development, that is, being able to synthesize the local context to help create innovations that are appropriate for the area.
