The Study of Internal Supervision State in Schools by Coaching Strategy under the Jurisdiction of the Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3

Abstract

          The objectives of this research were to study, compare, and development guidelines for Internal supervision in schools by coaching strategy under the Jurisdiction of the Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The sample consisted of  administrators and teachers were 332 people. The research tool with the IOC of .80-1.00, the discriminant values between .46-.88 and the reliability of .92, respectively. statistics in clouded frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The hypothesis was tested by using t-test independent samples and the analysis of variance in term of one-way ANOVA, content analysis.

          The findings revealed as follows:

      1. The state of internal supervision by coaching strategy is a high level in overall aspects.

      2. The comparison of administrators and teachers’ opinions toward the state of internal supervision by coaching strategy based on working experiences and school sizes was not different.

      3.The development guidelines for internal supervision in schools by coaching strategy were as follows: Administrators should be a systematic supervision calendar, Teachers meet regularly for each class, There is an exchange of knowledge between the supervisor and the person being supervised; and use information from supervision to improve and develop learning activities to be effective.
