Relationship Between Creative Leadership of School Administrators and Results of Basic Smart Classroom Development In Education Network of Domepradit and Network of Song Si Wichien Under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 5

The objectives of this research were: 1) To study creative leadership of the school administrators in the Education Network of Domepradit and the Network of Song Si Wichien under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 5, 2) To study the results of basic smart classroom development in the Education Network of Domepradit and the Network of Song Si Wichien under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 5, and 3) To study the relationship between the creative leadership of the school administrators and the results of basic smart classroom development in the Education Network of Domepradit and Network of Song Si Wichien under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 5. The sample consisted of 160 administrators, teachers, and educational personnel. The research tool was a 5-level rating scale questionnaire with the discriminant values (r) between .52 - .82 and .51 - .91 and the reliability of .97 and .96, respectively. Statistics for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's correlation coefficient. The findings were as follows:
- The school administrators' creative leadership was at a high level; the highest mean score was Individual Consideration at the highest level, and the lowest mean score aspect was Wisely decision-making at a high level.
- The results of basic smart classroom development as a whole were at the highest level; the highest mean score was the Cognitive dimension at the highest level, and the lowest mean score aspect was the Knowing and thinking dimension at a high level.
- The relationship between the creative leadership of the school administrators and the results of basic smart classroom development was positively correlated at a high level, statistically significant at a .01 level.
