Abstract

The purpose of this article was to present the application of the Nine Keys principle from the Palangjit Dharma Jakrawarn Institute, in conjunction with the "Four Bases of Social Harmony" (Sangahavatthu 4) doctrine, for the development of public health personnel potential, presents a systematic and comprehensive approach to enhancing efficiency and elevating the quality of work among public health professionals. This methodology encompasses the holistic development of physical, mental, intellectual, and interpersonal dimensions, with an emphasis on cultivating resilient, dedicated personnel capable of adapting to various challenges. The framework comprises nine key areas: 1.Continuous and quality service delivery 2.Knowledge enhancement and efficient technology utilization 3. Adaptability and experiential learning  4. Effective communication 5.Creative problem-solving 6.Organizational relationship and atmosphere improvement 7.Leadership development 8.Interpersonal relationship building 9.In terms of creating ethical consciousness in the profession.
