The Development of Administration for the Early Childhood Development Centers under the Local Administrative Organizations in Chanuman District, Amnat Charoen Province.

The research titled Development of Administration for the Early Childhood Development Centers under the Local Administrative Organizations in Chanuman District, Amnat Charoen. The aims were: 1. to study the current and the desirable states of the management of early childhood development centers under local administrative organizations in Chanuman District, Amnat Charoen Province; and 2. to propose the development of the management of early childhood development centers. This research was a mixed-method study. The population includes administrators of Child Development Centers, childcare teachers, and Child Development Centers committee members for the academic year 2023 in the Local Government Organizations of Chanuman District, Amnat Charoen Province, with 334 people. The sample size consisted of 190 people. Key informants for the interview were 10 administrators of child development centers, childcare teachers, and committee members of the child development centers. Statistics used frequency, mean, percentage, standard deviation, Modified Priority Needs Index (PNImodified), and content analysis.
Research results found that:
1.The current state of the administration of Child Development Centers was generally at a high level. The academic aspect had the highest average, while the promotion of participation from all sectors had the lowest average. The desirable state of Child Development Centers was also generally at a high level, with the academic aspect having the highest average and the facilities and environment being the lowest.
2.It is recommended that the center's development be planned to align with educational standards. Regarding personnel roles, regular training programs should be established. Facilities should have proper hygiene systems, and the academic sector should provide ongoing personnel development training and network buildings.
