The Study of Technology Leadership in New Normal Age of School Administrators in Mueang Muang Sam Sip consortium under The Secondary Educational Service Area Office Ubon Ratchathani Amnat Charoen

This research aims to 1) study of technology leadership in New Normal age of school administrators, 2) compare teachers’ opinions toward technology leadership in the New Normal age of school administrators, and 3) study guidelines for development of technological leadership in New Normal age of school administrators in Mueang Muang Sam Sip consortium under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Ubon Ratchathani, Amnat Charoen. This research was mixed method. The samples comprised the teachers in the Mueang Muang Sam Sip consortium under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Ubon Ratchathani Amnat Charoen, with 313 participants, through Krejcie and Morgan’s sample size determination table, stratified random sampling, and simple random sampling. The research instrument was questionnaire. The data were analyzed using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Independent Samples
t-test, and content analysis.
1) The technology leadership in New Normal age of school administrators was overall at a high level.
2) The school administrators differed in school size, had no differences in technological leadership in the New Normal age.
And, 3) guidelines for development as follows: should develop competencies in technology, continually develop oneself to keep up with technological advancements, take the lead in adopting new technology, create an environment that supports and facilitates the use of learning technology, encourage teachers to have opportunities for continuous professional development, promote the use of technology in learning and teaching, develop and provide an information system for management, develop teachers' necessary technological skills, conduct oneself as a good role model in the use of technology, develop oneself and provide knowledge to teachers and students regarding laws related to technology and cyber threats, and support the integration of technology in assessment and evaluation.
