Relationship between Leadership of Administrators in the Digital Era and Innovative Organization of Schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Ubon Ratchathani Amnat Charoen

This article aimed 1. To Study the digital leadership of school administrators in the digital era under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Ubon Ratchathani Amnat Charoen 2. To Study the innovative organizational characteristics of schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Ubon Ratchathani Amnat Charoen, and 3. To study the relationship between administrators' leadership in the digital era and the innovative organization of schools. The sample size was 346 government teachers under the Secondary Educational Service Area office Ubon Ratchathani Amnat Charoen in 2024, selected through stratified random sampling. The research instrument used to collect data was a 5-point rating scale questionnaire of the digital era leadership of schools with an IOC range of 0.67–1.00, discrimination power of .37–.90, and reliability of .97. and innovative organizational characteristics of schools, discrimination power of .69–.95, and reliability of .99. The statistics used for analyzing were mean, standard deviation, and Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient.
The research results were found as follows; 1)The digital leadership of school administrators under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Ubon Ratchathani Amnat Charoen overall, and each aspect was rated at a high level., 2) The innovative organizational characteristics of schools under the Secondary Educational Service Area Office Ubon Ratchathani Amnat Charoen overall, and each aspect was rated at a high level., and 3) The relationship between the digital leadership of administrators and innovative organization of schools overall, at a high level, with statistically significant positive correlations at the .01 level.
