The Adaptation of Judicial Officers into a Learning Organization

Abstract

        The purposes of this study were 1) to study the level of the adaptation of Judicial Officers into a learning organization, 2) to compare the adaptation of Judicial Officers classified by personal factors, and 3) to study the relationship between knowledge of learning organizations and the adaptation of Judicial Officers into a learning organization.
The population consists of a total of 160 judicial officials who pursued master's and doctoral degrees abroad between 2013 and 2023. This quantitative research study collected data using questionnaires. The reliability of the instrument was tested using Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which was found to be 0.90. Statistics were analyzed in term of percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. The statistical significance was set at .05.

          The result indicates that the adaptation of Judicial Officers into a learning organization was at a high level. Hypothesis testing indicated that personal factors as
the level of education and working period caused the difference in the adaptation of Judicial Officers into a learning organization. But the difference in sex, age, officer type, income, and the graduated country of Judicial Officers did not cause the difference in the adaptation of Judicial Officers. Finally, the knowledge of learning organizations has positive relations with the adaptation of Judicial Officers into a learning organization.
