The Efficient Performance of Employees in an Electrical Wire Manufacturing Factory in Bang Phli District, Samut Prakan Province

The objectives of this research are as follows: 1) To study the efficient performance of employees in an electical wire manufacturing factory located in Bang Phli District, Samut Prakan Province. 2) To compare the personal factors and efficient performance of employees in an electical wire manufacturing factory located in Bang Phli District, Samut Prakan Province. This is a quantitative research study. The population used in this research consists of employees in a wire manufacturing factory in Bang Phli District, Samut Prakan Province. The sample size was determined using the Taro Yamane formula, resulting in 217 participants. Data was collected using a questionnaire with a reliability of 0.979. The descriptive statistics used for data analysis include frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation and hypothesis testing using t-tests, and one-way analysis of variance. When differences were found, pairwise comparisons were made using the Scheffe method.
The results of research found that:
1) The personal factors of the respondents mostly include being male, under 30 years old, having an education level below a bachelor's degree, holding a position as a staff member, with a work experience of less than 5 years, and earning a monthly income between 30,000 and 45,000 Baht.
2) The overall efficiency performance of employees in a wire manufacturing factory located in Bang Phli District, Samut Prakan Province has an average rating at the highest level. When considering each aspect in the higest level, order of highest to lowest average, they are as follows: time, work quantity, cost, work quality, respectively.
3) The comparison personal factors and the efficiency performance of employees in a wire manufacturing factory located in Bang Phli District, Samut Prakan Province, revealed that personnel with different ages, job positions, and monthly incomes showed no significant differences in efficiency performance. However, personnel with different genders, education levels, and work experience durations exhibited statistically significant differences in efficiency performance at the .05 level.
