Relationship Between Creative Leadership of Administrators and Learning Organization of Schools in Educational Institution Network 1 Sri Mueang Ubon under Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1

The objectives of this research were to: 1) Study the creative leadership of school administrators, 2) Study the learning organization of school, and 3) Study the relationship between the creative leadership of administrators and the learning organization of school in educational institutions. The research design is quantitative, using the concept of creative leadership by Ash and Persall (2000) and the concept of a learning organization by Marquardt (2011) as the research framework. The research area is the Educational Institution Network 1 Sri Mueang Ubon, under the Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. Sample group: The sample group consists of 215 teachers from the Educational Institution Network 1 Sri Mueang Ubon, obtained through stratified random sampling according to school size. The research instruments used are questionnaires, which include 1. A questionnaire on creative leadership with 20 items and 2. A questionnaire on becoming a learning organization with 30 items. The statistics used in data analysis include frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and correlation coefficient.
The findings were as follows: 1. Creative leadership of administrators of school, the total and each aspects at a high level, 2. Learning organization of schools, the total and each aspects at a high level, and 3. The relationship between creative leadership of administrators and learning organization of schools, was positively correlated at a high level, statistically significant at a .01 level.
