The The Conditions and Problems of The Performance on the School Supervision Process of the Basic Education Institutions Under the Education Bureau, Khon Kaen Municipality, Khon Kaen Province

This research aimed to 1) study the current state and problems of implementing the internal supervision process in basic educational institutions, and 2) compare the opinions of administrators and teachers regarding the current state and problems of implementing the internal supervision process in basic educational institutions. This research is quantitative. The data collection instrument was a Likert scale questionnaire with a reliability coefficient of .94. The sample group consisted of school administrators and teachers under the Khon Kaen Municipality, Khon Kaen Province. The sample size was determined using the Krejcie and Morgan formula, obtained through stratified random sampling followed by simple random sampling, resulting in 32 administrators and 217 teachers, totaling 249 people. The statistical methods used for data analysis included percentage, mean, standard deviation, and independent sample t-test. The research findings showed that:
1) The overall state of implementing the internal supervision process in basic educational institutions under the Khon Kaen Municipality, Khon Kaen Province, was at a high level. However, the overall problems in implementing the internal supervision process in basic education instituition under Khon Kaen Municipality, Khon Kaen Province are at a low level.
2) Administrators and teachers believe that the overall conditions and problems in implementing the internal supervision process in basic education institutions in Khon Kaen Municipality, Khon Kaen Province were significantly different.
