The Management of Child Development Centers t under Local Administrative Organizations in Sri Mueang Mai District, Ubon Ratchathani Province

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to study about the management of Childhood Development Centers and to study about the development of Childhood Development Centers Management under Local Administrative Organizations in Sri Mueang Mai District, Ubon Ratchathani Province. The sample group includes 127 education personnel and personnel from the childhood development centers who was working in the childhood development ,during the first semester of the academic year 2024. The tool for this research was a questionnaire, which was a scale questionnaire with approximately 5 levels. The index of discrimination values (r) between .44-.79 and a reliability of .96. The statistics used for data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and content analysis.

    The findings were as follows: 1. The management of Childhood Development Centers Management.  Overall and in specific aspects, the practices are at a moderate level. The highest average score is the provision of organize learning and play experiences to promote the development of children by teachers or caregivers. The next aspect is the quality of childhood, followed by the aspect with the lowest average score, which is the management of early childhood development centers. 2. The development of Childhood Development Centers Management; 1) Collaboration in Policy Development of Local government organization administrators and stakeholders should collaborate to establish policies for managing the education of early childhood development centers in line with current conditions and future prospects, 2) the teachers or caregivers should learning experiences that resonate with the children's backgrounds and foster their holistic development, and 3) the teachers or caregivers should observe the growth, behaviors, and various developmental aspects of children in a current and systematic manner.
