Abstract

This purposes of this research were to; 1) study the history and basic information, 2) study the management situation, 3) study the problems and solutions in management, 4) study the factors related to management, 5) study the education and learning status of members, and 6) study the satisfaction of buyers towards products and sales services. This research used qualitative research methods, using the community enterprise group of chili paste, salted eggs, and fish processing in Mueang Chan District, Si Sa Ket Province as the main target community of the research, consisting of 1 community and 135 people, using the purposive selection method. There were several research steps. The tools used for data collection were group discussions, interviews, and open-ended questionnaires through the social engineering process, namely thinking skills, communication, coordination, and community innovation.

The study results found that: 1) The group is located in the lowland

area. Originally, most of the population worked in agriculture, fishing, and raising ducks as their main occupations. They were hired to work and cooked food at various parties as secondary occupations. Later, they adapted recipes from fish and shrimp until they became fish products, processed chili paste from fish, shrimp, and duck egg products. 2)The group's management conditions: Originally, the group was managed in a relative-like manner. People in the area worked in this occupation as their main and secondary occupations until it developed into a larger group. Later, government agencies came to participate in providing guidelines to make the group management more organized and clearer. 3X Problems and solutions for group management include raw materials, labor, marketing processes, and commercial law management. Solutions start with the group leader and the group committee thinking and solving together. As for problems in academic and legal practices, they will receive cooperation from relevant agencies to help solve them.4) Factors related to the group's management include production, marketing, labor, capital, event management, external interactions, member participation, leadership, and group regulations. These factors have had a positive effect on the group's continuous development up until the present. 5) Education and learning: learning from trial and error, from stories, from what has been seen, and from learning from family members, community members, group leaders, and experts from relevant agencies through training. 6) Buyer satisfaction with the group's products and services. Most buyers are very satisfied with the products and sales services, especially in terms of product prices, services, locations, convenience, and safety. These demonstrate the social capital in the area that has worked together to create impacts that lead to changes, both in normal situations and in future crises that are timely. This demonstrates the group's potential to manage itself.
