บุพปัจจัยเชิงสาเหตุของความผูกพันในงานของแพทย์ที่มีความสามารถโดดเด่น ของโรงพยาบาลเอกชนในประเทศไทยท่ามกลางการระบาด ของโรคติดเชื้อไวรัสโคโรนา 2019 (COVID-19)

การวิจัยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) ผลกระทบของแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานต่อความสมดุลของการปฏิบัติงานและชีวิตส่วนตัว ต่อความพึงพอใจในงาน และต่อความผูกพันในงาน 2) ผลกระทบของความสมดุลของการปฏิบัติงานและชีวิตส่วนตัว ต่อความพึงพอใจในงาน และต่อความผูกพันในงาน และ 3) ผลกระทบของความพึงพอใจในงาน ต่อความผูกพันในงาน ระเบียบวิธีวิจัย เป็นแบบผสมเชิงคุณภาพที่และเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ แพทย์ที่มีความสามารถโดดเด่นของโรงพยาบาลเอกชนในประเทศไทย โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก 14 คน ตอบแบบสอบถาม 438 คน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า แรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงานมีผลกระทบเชิงบวกต่อความผูกพันในงาน ความพึงพอใจในงานมีผลกระทบเชิงบวกต่อความผูกพันในงาน ความสมดุลของชีวิตและการปฏิบัติงานไม่ส่งผลกระทบอย่างมีนัยสำคัญต่อความผูกพันในงาน คุณค่างานวิจัยนี้ ผู้บริหารระดับสูงควรให้ความสำคัญด้านแรงจูงใจในการปฏิบัติงาน และความพึงพอใจในงาน โดยควรรับฟังความคิดเห็นของแพทย์ รวมทั้งสนับสนุนวัฒนธรรมองค์การในด้านการปฏิบัติต่อผู้ป่วยด้วยความเข้าใจในความรู้สึก การดูแลค่าตอบแทนทางการเงินที่เหมาะสม เพื่อทำให้เกิดผูกพันในงานของแพทย์ที่มีความสามารถโดดเด่นของโรงพยาบาลเอกชนในประเทศไทย เพื่อเพิ่มความสามารถในการแข่งขัน
