ทักษะความเข้าใจและใช้เทคโนโลยีสกุลเงินดิจิทัล ที่ส่งผลต่อการออมของนักลงทุน GEN Y

ปัจจุบันกลุ่มนักลงทุน GEN Y เผชิญความท้าทายทางการเงินและมีแนวโน้มใช้เทคโนโลยีทางการเงินและสกุลเงินดิจิทัลในการออมและการลงทุนมากขึ้น อย่างไรก็ตาม การลงทุนในสินทรัพย์ดิจิทัลที่มีความเสี่ยงสูงจำเป็นต้องอาศัยทักษะความเข้าใจและใช้เทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลเพื่อบริหารความเสี่ยง งานวิจัยครั้งนี้จึงมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) เปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมการออมและการลงทุนของนักลงทุน GEN Y เมื่อจำแนกตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล (2) ศึกษาทักษะความเข้าใจและใช้เทคโนโลยีสกุลเงินดิจิทัลที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมการออมและการลงทุน และ (3) หาแนวทางในการพัฒนาทักษะดังกล่าวที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมการออมและการลงทุนของนักลงทุน GEN Y งานวิจัยนี้ใช้การวิจัยแบบผสานวิธีเชิงอธิบายตามลำดับ ระยะแรกเป็นการวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างนักลงทุน GEN Y จำนวน 400 ราย ด้วยการเลือกแบบสะดวก ระยะที่สองเป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ สัมภาษณ์เชิงลึกผู้ให้ข้อมูลหลักจำนวน 7 ราย ดำเนินการสัมภาษณ์จนกระทั่งได้ข้อมูลที่อิ่มตัว ประกอบด้วยผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านสกุลเงินดิจิทัลและนักวิชาการด้านการเงิน โดยใช้การเลือกแบบเจาะจง สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ สถิติพรรณนา การทดสอบที การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบทางเดียว การวิเคราะห์ตัวแบบสมการเชิงโครงสร้าง (MIMIC) และการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) การออมด้านการจัดส่วนหนี้สินแตกต่างกันตามรายได้ การลงทุนในสินทรัพย์เสี่ยงสูงแตกต่างกันตามการออมต่อเดือน และการลงทุนรูปแบบอื่นแตกต่างกันตามอาชีพอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (2) ทักษะความเข้าใจและใช้เทคโนโลยีสกุลเงินดิจิทัล ทั้ง 4 มิติ มีอิทธิพลต่อพฤติกรรมการออมและการลงทุนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ โดยพบว่า ทักษะด้านการเข้าถึงเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลและการสร้างเครือข่าย เป็นกลไกหลักที่ส่งผลต่อการจัดสรรเงินในสินทรัพย์เสี่ยงต่ำและรูปแบบอื่น ในขณะที่ ทักษะด้านการใช้เครื่องมือดิจิทัล เป็นปัจจัยเชิงบวกหลักที่ส่งผลต่อการจัดสรรเงินในสินทรัพย์เสี่ยงสูง รวมถึงการบริหารสัดส่วนรายได้ ค่าใช้จ่าย และหนี้สิน และ (3) จากการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาข้อมูลการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก สามารถจัดกลุ่มแก่นเรื่อง ของแนวทางการพัฒนาทักษะได้ 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ การสร้างรากฐานความเข้าใจเทคโนโลยี ทักษะการวิเคราะห์ความเสี่ยง การใช้เครื่องมือสร้างวินัยการออม ความตระหนักด้านไซเบอร์ และกลยุทธ์การลงทุนอย่างยั่งยืนและการศึกษาด้วยตนเอง
