Abstract
The purpose of the research was to develop quality of an electronic book on the smartphone android operating system in the business information system analysis and design subject and the study of user’s satisfaction. The sample in this study consisted of 4 specialists and 30 users who used an electronic book by completing satisfaction questionnaire. Then, data were analyzed by the statistic tools such as the percentage, the arithmetic mean and the Standard Deviation. For the research result it was found that an electronic book on the smartphone android operating system in the business information system analysis and design subject showed the good quality of the contents and the education technology sites. The very good of quality was the exercise’s chapter and image for the sample. The content, character and design and development had a good level of quality. The user’s satisfaction on content and illustration was at a very good level. Moreover, the satisfaction on application character and color was at a good level.
