Netflix and Its Impact on Film Industry

This article aims to study the emergence and leap development of Netflix, which is a good case to study the impact of disruptive technology on the global film industry, which can demonstrate the influence of innovation and new technologies, including the impact of diffusion and decision to adopt innovation or technology. The correct and fast decision will help organisation to develop the business to move forward steadily.
In the case of Netflix, the decision to eliminate the legacy technology, which deliver content and services on VHS rolls, including DVD discs and step into video streaming, newer technologies, is the right decision. The new technology that Netflix chooses and uses to serve the customers has resulted in a leap development of business from a small video rental store in the United States to become one of the leader in content services through video streaming today.
