The System of an Integrated Instructional Management Based on The Four Iddhipada Principles for the Civics Subject Among Upper Secondary School Students in Uthai Thani Province

Abstract

          This research article aims to 1) study knowledge about integrated teaching management system, 2) develop integrated teaching management system, and 3) experiment with integrated teaching management system based on the principle of Iddhipada 4. and 4) Evaluate the integrated teaching system according to the 4 principles of Iddhipada in the subject of citizenship duties of high school students in Uthai Thani Province. In this research, the researcher used a research and development research methodology. The sample group consisted of 45 high school students in Uthai Thani Province, second semester of the academic year 2024, in class M. 6/4, who were selected through specific sampling. The research instruments used were interviews, focus group discussions, and model validation forms. Data analysis included data description and means and standard deviations. The research findings were as follows: 1. The body of knowledge regarding the development of an integrated instructional management system consisted of curriculum, learning environment, learners, management and administration, instructional management in the Civics subject, integrated instruction, analysis of learning standards, content specification, syllabus development, establishment of learning networks, and instructional planning. 2. The overall assessment of the integrated teaching and learning management system based on the Four Noble Truths (Iddhipada 4) for the Civic Education subject for upper secondary students showed a high level of appropriateness and the highest level of feasibility 3. The results of implementing the developed instructional system were as follows: (1) Unit 1: Human Society could. (2) Unit 2: Thai Culture could. (3) Unit 3: Good Citizen could. (4) Unit 4: Human Rights could. (5) Unit 5: Political Regime could and the overall experimental results were at the highest level. 4. The evaluation of the integrated instructional management system based on the Four Iddhipada principles for the Civics subject among upper secondary school students in Uthai Thani Province indicated a high level of effectiveness.
