Participative Management of Opportunity Expansion Schools in Pradu Kaew Group Under the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 4

Abstract
This research article aimed to study: 1) the participative management of opportunity expansion schools in the Pradu Kaew group and 2) the guidelines for developing participative management of opportunity expansion schools in the Pradu Kaew group under the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 4. This study was descriptive research. The population consisted of 65 participants, comprising school directors, deputy directors, and teachers within the Pradu Kaew group. They were selected by purposive sampling. The instruments for collecting data were a questionnaire and a structured interview form. The tools were validated with an Index of Item Objective Congruence (IOC) ranging from 0.60 to 1.00, and the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was .925. Data were analyzed using Descriptive statistics (percentage, arithmetic mean, and standard deviation) and Content Analysis. The research results were found as follows; 1. Participative management of opportunity expansion schools in the Pradu Kaew group was at a high level overall. When considering each aspect, all were found to be at a high level. Ranking from the highest to the lowest arithmetic mean, the aspects were commitment, autonomy, goals and objectives, and trust each other, respectively. 2. Guidelines for developing participative management of opportunity expansion schools in the Pradu Kaew group under the Kanchanaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 4 are characterized as a multi-dimensional approach, consisting of 8 specific guidelines across 4 key areas.
