Abstract
The academic article aimed to study the principles of Buddhist school administration. It was found that the Buddhist school administration was the application of Buddhadhamma system to the management principles, namely planning, organization, staffing, directing, coordination, budgeting, and supervision, and follow up together with the teaching and learning system through the management of Buddhist schools in 5 areas, namely, in the aspect of management of Buddhist schools; organizing the Buddhist way of learning; suggested activities for development; personnel development and personnel characteristics and in relation to the relationship between Buddhist schools and communities by giving the opportunity to religious institutions, temples and communities that were responsible for the management of education in the collaborative work of all parties, including houses, temples, schools in order to develop and promote learners to be physically, mentally, intellectually, knowledgeable and ethical in life to be able to live with others happily.
