The Leadership in Sangha Administration of Venerable Phra Dharmapanpilas (Adul Amaro)

Abstract
The objectives of this research article were to 1) study the leadership according to Western theories and leadership according to Buddhism 2) study the leadership in the administration of the Sangha of Phra dharmapanpilas (Adul Amaro) 3) study the application of the leadership of Phra dharmapanpilas (Adul Amro) in the administration of Sangha affairs in Kamphaeng Phet Province.This research was qualitative research by document study and in-depth interview with 15 key informants. The tools used for research were structured interview form. Analyze the data obtained from the interview form by using descriptive content analysis
Techniques.
The Research results were as follows:
- 1. Leadership was who use influence in relationships. Which had to the subordinates in various situations to carry out and direct by using each other's contact process to achieve the goal by having the art or ability of one person that motivate or influence other people to work together until achieving the objectives and goals. As for leadership according to Buddhism principles, Buddhist leaders will have the Buddhism principle of being a leader, such as the principle of dominance with the four sublime states of mind and occupy the job with vision, have the ability to manage and have good human relations, as research which has been studied in the Dhamma from Sutta (Tutiyapabpnikkadhamma)
- 2. Phra Dharmapanpilas (Adul Amaro) was managed by starting from the regulation rules for living together. The first leader restored the Pali Learning Office in the temple. he was a leader in the management of religious education. Be the first leader in setting up a child school, the leader in the establishment of the Education Foundation Fund for primary students of Kuyang Temple and children before the criteria,the author of the main principles of remembrance to Buddhists on various occasions and agenda,and the Maha Thera, developer, thinker, designer, Senana of the temple, categorized the monastery Systematic Buddhas.
- Leadership in applying the Tutiyapabpnikkadhamma of Dharma of Phra Dharmapanpilas (Adul Amro) in the administration of the Sangha found that
3.1 Administration ; Phra Dharmapanpilas was a person who had a clear vision in formulating a policy that had certain form and method of work with decentralization, creating good values, strong local , promotion participation in decision making, and supporting the work that has justice in correcting the monk conflicts, by aiming for orderliness, unity, work efficiency , cause unity among the clergy of Kamphaeng Phet Province, and accepted by subordinates
3.2 Religious Studies; Phra Dharmapanpilas (Adul Amro) was a person who promoted and encouraged monks and novices to have a thorough knowledge in order to teach others. Therefore supported the education of the clergy in terms of the Buddhist Scriptures;Pali and Dharma at the higher education level and the Sangha Administrative Development Program.
3.3 Propagation; Phra Dharmapanpilas (Adul Amro) established a Buddhism mission center. Project for teachers to teach morals in schools that emphasized proactive propagation and inspire the monks of Sangha Administrators. Buddhist monks and novices in Kamphaeng Phet Province have the ability to communicate and techniques for propagating the teachings of the Lord Buddha.
3.4 Religion education; Phra Dharmapanpilas (Adul Amro) supported education for children youth and the general people have the opportunity to study more Buddhism for quality and efficiency in life that will help maintain national security and also make monks and novices have the opportunity to use their knowledge and abilities from education to teach children Youth and people.
3.5 Public facilities ; Phra Dharmapanpilas (Adul Amro) had a policy to supervise the sangha preservation and development of religious property Including conservation of historic sites and creating a systematic development plan.
3.6 Public welfare; Phra Dharmapanpilas (Adul Amro) promoted public affairs such as the temple project to help temples, projects for various foundations Including the importance of preserving religious places for later generations.
