A Model of Pracharath School Management in the Digital Age Under the Office of Basic Education Commission

Abstract
The purpose of this research was to propose a model of pracharat school management in the digital age under the office of basic education commission. As specific three aims; 1) analyze the factors of pracharath school management in the digital age under the office of basic education commission 2) to construct a model of pracharath school management in the digital age under the office of basic education commission and 3) to evaluate a model of pracharath school management in the digital age under the office of basic education commission. The method of the study were divided into 3 steps. Step 1 was to analyze the factors of pracharath school management by using related documents, an interview 5 experts, and questionnaire results from 655 participants. The instruments used were interview forms and questionnaires with reliability 0.98. The statistics employed was content analysis, frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and exploratory factors analysis. Step 2 was to construct a model of pracharath school management by holding a connoisseurship of 11 experts. The instruments used were a draft of pracharath school management in the digital age under the office of basic education commission and connoisseurship documents. The statistics employed was content analysis, frequency and percentage. Step 3 was to evaluate a model of pracharath school management by using a model evaluation form to collect the data from 20 school directors using purposive sampling. The instrument employed was a model evaluation form. The statistics were frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation. The results found that; 1) the components of a model of pracharath school management in the digital age under the office of basic education commission consisted of 6 components as shared norms & values, development, management, good governance, participation, leadership, and information and communication technology 2) a model of pracharath school management in the digital age under the office of basic education commission consists of 3 parts; introduction, content and implementation and 3) the result of model evaluation found that in overall was at the highest level
