About the Journal

          The Thaksin Law Journal is a journal establishing for the objective of promoting and supporting lecturers, researchers, staffs, and law students of Faculty of Law, Thaksin University, as well as other scholars, to have the opportunities to present academic papers, publicize and to exchange legal knowledge that would be beneficial to the community, society and nation.

          Thaksin Law Journal has been certified by Thai-Journal Citation Index Centre (TCI) in Tier 2 from 1 January 2021 – 31 December 2024

Scope

          Thaksin Law Journal accepts academic articles, research articles, review articles, legal analysis or book reviews in both Thai and English, with relating to the area of law or associated with the area of law

Peer Review Process

          All manuscripts publishing in Thaksin Law Journal will be evaluated a quality by three reviewers, who are expert in specific field and come from various institutes. The authors and reviewers must not be affiliated with the same institution or unit. Furthermore, the peer review process is double-blinded which means that the author and the reviewer identities are not disclosed from each other.
