Legal issues related to prostitution

Abstract

               Independent study on The Legal issues related to prostitution objective is to (1)study the background, concepts, theories of prostitution. (2)And study legal measures related to prostitution (3)To analyze legal problems relating to prostitution By studying and comparing the laws of foreign countries and proposing solutions to the law on prostitution in Thailand

             This independent study is a qualitative research. By researching from data documents studied both in Thailand and abroad Doe gathers information from books, journals, publications, laws, textbooks, articles, relevant procedures and information on the internet.

         The results showed that (1)The law relating to prostitution in Thailand also prescribes prostitution. Which makes prostitution still not acceptable in society (2)Causing many following problems Including the matter that the state cannot control prostitution Health issues of prostitution Security issues in prostitution Including the prostitution being exploited by government (3)officials Despite the law prescribing prostitution is an offense But prostitution is still widespread Therefore, the study agreed that prostitution in Thailand is legal under the conditions stipulated by law. By amending the law on prostitution So that prostitution has various rights from the state And the state can control the prostitution in various ways and also solve the problem of illegal exploitation of government officials and prostitution.
