GOOD GOVERNANCE FOR PEOPLE SERVICE IN REGISTRATION AND CARDS: THE STUDY OF MUANG DISTRICT, DEPARTMENT OF REGISTRATION AND CARDS, CHEANGMAI PROVINCE

Abstract

This quantitative research subjected to study good governance for people service in registration and cards: the study of Muang district, department of registration and cards, Cheangmai province. The sample were identified from 343 samples of the people who situated in Muang district, Cheangmai province. The statistical analysis are mean, standard deviation, frequency, percentage, correlation analysis and variance analysis. The results conclude that the mean of people service in in registration and cards, are high level for all components (4.2, SD=0.49). Besides, the mean of each component such as accountability service revealed high level at 4.16, transparency at 4.12. The mean of people satisfied on the service procedure and staffs’ service, contributed at 4.46 and 4.29, respectively. However, service quality on in registration and cards by using good governance demonstrated statistically significant difference at .05.
