A Case Study on Intercultural Sensitivity and Chinese Cultural Identity of Chinese Language Learners in a Thai University

摘要

随着跨文化交际群体中二语学习者数量的不断增加,其跨文化交际能力日益受到研究者关注。本研究以诗纳卡琳威洛大学中文专业的60位在读大学生为对象,采用定量研究方法,通过线上问卷调查,探讨了该群体的跨文化敏感度和中国文化认同现状、影响因素及两者间的关系。研究发现:1)学习者的跨文化敏感度总体水平较高,尤其在文化差异认同感上表现突出,但交际信心相对薄弱;2)学习者对中国文化的总体认同程度较高,其中行为认同和情感认同较为积极,而认知认同有待提升;3)学习者的中文水平对中国文化认同有显著影响,中国文化活动参与经历和赴华经历对中国文化有接近显著的影响趋势,华裔身份对跨文化敏感度有显著影响;4)中国文化认同对跨文化敏感度具有显著的正向预测作用。因此,在中文教学中应增加中国文化课程与文化实践,以提升学习者的文化认知,增强其互动自信,进而提升其跨文化能力。
