Abstract

This research aims to study about the development guideline to create competitive advantage for tapioca starch businesses in Thailand. This research collected data from the target group which are the executives from 78 companies, using a questionnaire and statistical analysis such as correlation, multiple regression analysis and in-depth interview with direct experienced staffs by synthesis the data, categorize and sort it out. The result has shown that the development guideline for tapioca starch must have a certain organization’s strategy that each staff could easily understand, also study and follow it by focusing on organization analysis, dramatically change of business situation analysis, and internal operation organization management to respond the need of this strategy which includes structure, operation cooperative management, potential development for staffs to have more opportunities in managing their responsibilities.
