EFFECTIVENESS OF DHAMMAYUTTIKA NIKAYA SANGKHA’S AFFAIRS ADIMINISTRATOIN IN NAKHON SI THAMMARAT PROVINCE.

Abstract

The objectives of this thesis were as follows : 1) To study Effectiveness of Dhammayuttika Nikaya Sangha’s Affairs administration in Nakhon Si Thammarat province. 2) To study the problemand resolution on effectiveness of Dhammayuttika Nikaya Sangha’s Affairs administration in Nakhon Si Thammarat province. This is the qualitative research by in-depth interview from eighteen informants with purposive sampling, The instrument for data collection was interview form and data analysis by descriptive content analysis from the respondents.
The results reveal that :
1) The Effectiveness of Dhammayuttika Nikaya Sangha’s Affairs administration in Nakhon Si Thammarat province by overviews in six aspects are at very high level, as follows; 1) the aspect of ruling reveals that they have plan and policy for working according to Sangha supreme council. 2) the aspect of religious study reveals that it is so important because of base on learning especially Dhamma and Pali for novice and monk in temple. 3) the aspect of dissemination reveals that they teach people with Buddha’s teaching for spread of Dhamma and stable of Buddhism. 4) education welfare reveals that they need for education welfare for living a better life and happy in society. 5) the aspect of public welfare reveals that they help people by teaching and some materials in society. 6) the aspect of public assistant reveals that there are more of activities between temple and community they help each others i.e. training teaching and others equipment facilities for good looking.
2) The problem and resolution on effectiveness of Dhammayuttika Nikaya Sangha’s Affairs administration in Nakhon Si Thammarat province. The problem by including for six aspects reveal that the main problem is the abstract of planning and policy, not for good performance, not put the right man on the right job and lack of personel, some of ecclesiastics are not good for administration as well. The resolution by including for six aspects reveal that there should have a plan for working as clear and clear and put the right man on the right job, and there should have a committee for working in each aspects.
