THE INSTRUCTIONAL TECHNIQUE DEVELOPMENT OF MORAL TEACHING MONKS IN CHIANG MAI SCHOOLS

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the technical problems and teaching methods of moral monks in Chiang Mai schools; 2) to develop teaching techniques and methods of moral monks in Chiang Mai schools; 3) to expand the teaching techniques and methods. of monks teaching morality in schools in Chiang Mai Province. In this study qualitative research collects information from key informants There are 25 moral teachers in the school, and 25 teachers in the school, totaling 50 pictures/person.
The results of this research found that: 1) Technical problems and teaching methods of moral teaching monks in Chiang Mai schools regarding morality and ethics that were inconsistent with the current students were divided into 3 major characteristics: (1) teaching in large groups (2) small group teaching (3) individual teaching; 2) Development of Teaching Techniques and Methods of Moral Teachers in Chiang Mai Schools by preparing a training course in teaching techniques and methods; 3) the expansion of the teaching techniques and methods of moral teaching monks in schools in Chiang Mai Province. By using the results from the training to create a manual, techniques and methods of teaching moral monks in Chiang Mai schools in the amount of 1 subject that can be used to develop 2 aspects, namely (1) promoting moral monks in Chiang Mai schools to have potential in terms of skills and expertise in teaching and learning management (2) encouraging learners to learn to make teaching effective.
