THE DEVELOPMENT OF DATA RECORDING SYSTEM FOR USE IN THE MANAGEMENT OF INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE BANNASAN SCHOOL SURATTHANI

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the problem condition and the requirements of the data recording system 2) to develop a data record system used in internal quality assurance work; and 3) to assess the suitability of the record keeping system. used in internal quality assurance Ban Na San School, Surat Thani. The research consisted of 3 steps. and the need to develop a data recording system The sample group consisted of the total population, including 70 administrators and teachers of Ban Nasan School. Step 2: Develop a data record system. by bringing a data record system Offer an advisor for advice. Then bring it to 5 experts. Step 3: Experiment and evaluate the suitability of developing a recording system. by allowing administrators and teachers to study and understand the actual trial lasted for 1 month. The researcher installed the system for Ban Na San School. with system user manual and the suitability assessment form Appropriateness Assessment Tools The data were analyzed using basic statistics such as mean and standard deviation.
The results of this research found that:
- Problem conditions and needs from the group discussion, it was found that, overall, most teachers lacked knowledge and understanding in collecting data for use in internal quality assurance tasks. and no action is taken About the systematic recording of old data, zero lost.
- The researcher used the system that uses G Suite for education as the base to find the content validity at 0.84. Then the system that has been modified according to the advice of experts is put into practice.
- The data recording system used in internal quality assurance work found that overall, it was found that it was appropriate at the highest level.
