The objectives of this research were to study factors affecting the efficiency of educational management of Phrapariyattidhamma School, General Education Department. and to study ways to promote factors affecting the efficiency of education management. The population consisted of administrators and teachers of Phrapariyattidhamma School, General Education Department. under the jurisdiction of the Phrapariyattidhamma School District Office, General Education Division, Region 5, academic year 2020, this is mixed methodology research, totaling 527 photographs/person. The research tools were questionnaire and interview form Data were analyzed by finding frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation. and analyze the content.
The results of this research found that: Factors Affecting Educational Management Efficiency of Phrapariyattidhamma School, General Education Department under the Office of the Scripture Education Area, General Education Division, Region 5 overall was at a high level. sort the average from descending to the top, namely organizational performance, supervision, monitoring, organizational atmosphere and culture Academic Leadership the organization of the learning process and communication, respectively
Guidelines for promoting factors affecting educational management efficiency of Phrapariyattidhamma School, General Education Division are: Academic Leadership should plan academic work teaching project to the teacher correctly and appropriately the organization of the learning process Teaching and learning should be centered on students. organizational performance should set a vision appropriate can be practiced Corporate atmosphere and culture Policies, work plans and goals of the school should be clearly defined. and the temple participated in continuous monitoring of learner behavior.
