SKILLS OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION ADMINISTRATORS IN 21ST CENTURY OF PHRAPARIYATTIDHAMMA SCHOOLS, GENERAL EDUCATION SECTION, NAN PROVINCE

The objectives of this research were: to study Educational Institution Administrators’ Skills and to examine developing methods for the Skills of Educational Institution Administrators in the 21st Century of Phrapariyattidhamma Schools, General Education Section, Nan Province. The research populations are 16 administrators and 146 teachers. Research tools consist of questionnaires, then the collected data is analyzed by searching for average and standard deviation. Also, data from interviewing questionnaire are analyzed and synthesized in the descriptive summary.
The results of this research found that:
- The overall Skills of Educational Institution Administrators in the 21st Century of Phrapariyattidhamma Schools, General Education Section, Nan Province are at a high level. Also, when we consider each method by average in order, leadership is the highest, and the second is teamwork. Then there are communicating information and digital technology, analysis thinking, innovative creativity, academics, and humans, while problem-solving is the lowest respectively.
- Developing methods on Skills of Educational Institution Administrators in the 21st Century of Phrapariyattidhamma Schools, General Education Section, Nan Province are as follows. There should be a problem-solving process by context limitation, the imagination of innovative creativity, creation of working interaction, working ethics, promotion of educational technology, an adaption of academic knowledge seeking, creation of corporate culture toward working, and systematic data linking while applying with other skills.
- Referring to the examining result of developing methods on Skills of Educational Institution Administrators in the 21st Century, correctness, suitability, probability, and utility are 100 percent.
