CHILD CENTER LEARNING ADMINISTRATION OF PRIMARY SCHOOLS IN THAILAND 4.0 ERA

Abstract

The objectives of this research were: 1) to study the primary school management 2) to analyze child-centered managemenment of primary schools in Thailand 4.0. The population of the study were 94 members of administrators and teachers. It was a survey research. Questionnaires were used for data collection and data analysis was conducted by using percentage, average, standard deviation and content analysis.

The results of this research found that:

1. Student-centered learning management of primary schools in the Thailand 4.0 era was generally at a high level. Looking at each aspect, it was found that the evaluation, the preparation of the school, the promotion of student-centered learning, the research for learning, and the development of teachers in educational institutions were in the high level in all aspects respectively.
2. The approach to learning management that focuses on students is that there should be documents and evidence to continually disseminate knowledge about the basic curriculum to personnel in educational institutions. Teachers should be encouraged to organize learning activities that promote creative skills. Emphasis on modern information technology media skills. Creating a network for conducting classroom action research with external agencies and should continuously evaluate the learning from the students' critical thinking skills.
