POLITICAL TRANSITION TO STRENGTHEN THAILAND'S DEMOCRACY

This academic article, the author aims to present the transition to strong democracy in Thailand as follows: 1) Democratic transition that emphasizes the importance of the constitution that results in a government that controls the use of political power. Including the selection of political leaders’ determination of public policy internal security, national defense Creation of civil agencies specialized in security National defense planning as stated in the Constitution and build political parties to have strong democracy. 2) Democratic transition to create quality and sustainable stability. Emphasis on political stability in democracy and democratic principles 3) Strengthening democracy the process of ruling a dictatorship regime should be developed to strengthen democracy. and should clearly study the political or social structure. 4) Changing the relationship between the state and society towards strengthening democracy. Emphasis on the important role in adhering to the principles of leading the transition. 5) Political institutions for Thailand's transition to a strong democracy. Emphasizing the sustainable development of democracy under the democratization process, which is a political institution according to the Thai democratic regime with powers and duties as provided by the Constitution and organic law, such as the government, independent constitutional organizations, political parties, parliament, and the courts.
